Pre-Employment Training

We provide a range of short-term job-ready programs conducted prior to employment to prepare candidates for the workplace through its own Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Boomerang Training Solutions. The pre-employment program can take up to 10 weeks to upskill and prepare candidates for the construction industry. These programs include such things as life skill training also two weeks practical work experience and accredited tickets if required by client company or industry. These programs combine our community equipping program with nationally recognised training that is relevant to your business requirements.
